The primary member of a creator’s team of advisors, the personal manager is responsible for hiring, firing, and leading the team, setting strategy, and executing tactics on behalf of his or her client to further their career in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Managers typically receive 15-20% of gross earnings from all entertainment sources of revenue.
