In a touring and live performance contract, a more complex financial deal in which the performer shares in the ticket revenue. Deals can range from the performer receiving the greater of his or her guarantee or a specific percentage of GBOR, to other models wherein the performer may receive a guarantee plus a percentage, or a guarantee plus additional amounts at specific sales thresholds.
